Meet Our Attorney
Brett N Benes
Brett Benes is a Florida-licensed attorney specializing in real estate transactions, including SBA7(a), conventional, and construction loan closings, buyer and seller representation, title insurance, and contract negotiation.
A Boca Raton native, Brett earned a double major in Business Administration and Political Science from the University of Charleston (WV), where he was a two-time All-American placekicker and punter. He later obtained his law degree from St. Thomas University School of Law.
Now based in Fort Lauderdale with his wife and two children, Brett enjoys fishing, golfing, boating, and South Florida sports.
